Crop begins Friday, 3/20 @ 10am and continues through Sunday, 3/22/15 4pm
6'x3' crop space per person, prizes all weekend with drawings and 3 grand prizes one is a FREE scrapbook weekend retreat.
We have a huge ballroom to crop the nights away...
Vendors on site for your scrappy needs/wants.
$125 per person..
We are working with the hotel to see if we can add Thursday and will update you if it is possible.

We will be scrapbooking all 4 days at the Oceanfront Ocean City MD offering you shopping with our scrapbook vendors as well as awesome classes. Each cropper will receive a FREE Custom Created Scrapbook Tshirt as well as be entered into drawings for scrapbook prizes all weekend (Fri-Sun) with 3 grand prizes (one is a free scrapbook weekend retreat) with a 6'x3' crop space for each attendee with your choice of seating by whoever you request.

HOTEL COST OPTIONS:
Partial Ocean View $89 per night (up to double occupancy only)
Ocean View $99.00 per night (up to double occupancy only)
Direct Ocean View $109.00 per night (up to double occupancy only)
Xtra $20 per adult over double occupancy per hotel
No meals are included.

Virginia Scrapbook Retreats at Nags Head Oceanfront ":Outer Banks"

Centrally located (mile post 9 1/2) to shopping, historical sites, and sporting activities, our oceanfront hotel provides convenience to area attractions.
Let us treat you right with our tastefully decorated rooms, each equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, private balcony, pet friendly, in-room movies, and Nintendo.
You will get two nights stay (Friday & Saturday) at the Ramada Inn Nags Head were we will be Oceanfront scrapping.
Also included is Friday night dinner and lunch on Saturday..
Reserved seating in the Crop Room for 3 days (Friday 10:00 am-Sunday 4:00 pm) - you can leave your stuff out all weekend.
At least 6 feet worth of working table space and I am working on new locations so we can increase our crop space. 1 table per cropper.
Plenty of uninterrupted cropping time - OVER 55 HOURS!!!
Access to several Scrapbook Store Vendors stocked with the latest offerings from the leading scrapbooking manufacturers for your shopping convenience. Also for your convenience we will have a CTMH, Stampin-Up, and Creative Memories vendor on site to help you with your scrapbook layouts.
Frequent opportunities to win tickets for great prizes!
An special Participant gift, and plenty of goodies and giveaways to include 1 BIG prize each night and One Grand Prize giveaway to include a FREE Weekend to our NEXT scheduled Weekend Retreat at the Va Beach Oceanfront Jan 22nd - Jan 24th, 2011
